BNST CONDITIONS

3/10/09

Good News Cross Country Skiers

Looking for the superb cross country conditions? We have them!

After receiving 114" snow so far this winter, our base is holding out excellently. Now that temps have dropped, we are out grooming fresh tracks and skate lanes. We are using both the renovator and tiller today, the result is a very nice loose granular - powder mix on the trail surface. We are grooming on our western trail network first, then on to the 10 km village loop and trails on east side of Bartlett Brook.

65 km open - 25km freshly groomed on a 22"- 45" base.

Beginners: Our Scenic and Simple Saco River trails, Lower Fields, Upper Meadow, Waterfall Trail ,East Pasture Loop are freshly groomed and the views are awesome.

Intermediate and advanced skiers: Our 10 km Village Loop, Experimental Forest Trails and East Albany Brook Trail Network, are freshly groomed offer a sweet ski.

Rentals: (Ski and Snowshoe) are available

Lessons available by reservation (please call ahead)
