Good News Cross Country Skiers

We received have received 21" new snow in last 14 days.

Our trail network survived last night's rain very well.

We groomed extensively on our Western Trail Network yesterday. We will not be grooming today as snow is too soft. Tracks and skate lanes remain in good shape from yesterday's grooming. Once temps drop we will be out grooming fresh tracks and skate lanes.

Our base is holding out excellent. Plenty of quality skiing left!

We received 10" champagne powder overnight

We groomed extensively on our Western Trail Network yesterday in preparation for this storm. We are out now grooming fresh trcks and skate lanes this am. Groomed trails will ski excellent, back country trails will 10" new fluffy powder . The sun is out, it is a winter wonderland on trails today. Don't miss it!.

Good News Cross Country Skiers

We have groomed the 10 km village loop.

Since freezing rain event, we have groomed extensively on our Western Trail Network again. Groomed trails will ski fine, back country trails will have a glaze until temps rise. Loose granular- packed powder trail surface. We expect to groom to Grand Summit Hotel later this AM. The sun is out, wind has diminished it is a great day for skiing and snowshoeing!

We Are Still Open!

Even though mother nature has been stingy with the snow. We still have some cross country skiing and snowshoeing available.

Our location in the Bartlett Snow belt is a help.

With last night's warm temps our snow base is shrinking. Today we have groomed our Upper Meadow, Waterfall Trail, Experimental Forest Trails, and East Albany Brook Trail.

Skiers can expect late spring conditions.

There will be some thin spots but skiing is well worth it. The skiers we talked with cannot believe that skiing is as good as it is considering the weather pattern. Most are returning tomorrow.

We have 6 km open for X-C skiing and 40 km open for snowshoeing.

Even though mother nature has been stingy with the snow, We have decent cross country skiing and snowshoeing available. Half inch new snow overnight

Our location in the Bartlett Snow belt is a help.

Now that temp's have dropped and snow has drained we have groomed our Upper Meadow, Lower Fields though to our Upper Saco River Trails, Waterfall Trail, Experimental Forest Trails, and East Albany Brook Trail.

Skiers can expect a loose granular- sugar snow mix. There will be some thin spots but skiing is well worth it. The skiers we talked with cannot believe that skiing is as good as it is considering the weather pattern. Most are returning tomorrow.

Good News Cross Country Skiers

We are open.

With today's warm temps and wet snow we will not be grooming today. We groomed extensively on out western trail network yesterday and trails will ski well today. Dress well for the weather and skiing will be enjoyable. Once temps drop and snow drains we will be out grooming fresh tracks and skate lanes for this weekend.

Our snow survived the rain very well . We groomed extensively yesterday and skiing was awesome.

We have received 3" new snow so far today

Our snow survived the rain very well . We groomed extensively yesterday and skiing was awesome. This new snow is the icing on the cake. Powder Packed powder conditions. we have 65km of trails open. We will be freshly grooming on our western trail network today.

First timers and beginners:

Our Scenic and Simple Upper and Lower Saco River Trails are exceptionally beautiful and easy to access. Trails to Grand Summit Hotel and through to Attitash MT Village groomed with 3" new snow on top.

Intermediate and advanced skiers: Waterfall Trail to East Albany Brook Trail Network,10 km Village Loop, Trail #43,Yates Farm Trail Network and Experimental Forest Trails are groomed with 3" Powder on top.

Good News Cross Country Skiers

We are open and grooming. Now that temps have cooled and snow has drained, we are grooming on our western trail network. Our snow remains in very good condition and it is grooming out well. We have freshly groomed our scenic and simple Saco River Trails (the river is awesome). We also have freshly groomed the Waterfall trail to East Albany Brook Trail Network. We plan on grooming our 10km Village Loop later this am.

We were out grooming with tiller and renovator throughout the day. The result is Loose Granular - Wet Snow mix trail surface.

Note: Novice skiers will love our Scenic and Simple Saco River Trails.

We are closed today due to rain. This will preserve our excellent trail conditions. Do not despair too much - our snow remains in very good condition. When snow drains and temps drop, we will be out grooming and ski conditions will be fine.

Snow conditions are excellent on our trails, this rain will not change that, you just have to be patient.

We are closed today due to predicted rain. This will preserve our excellent trail conditions.

Do not despair too much -- snow is predicted for end of storm (4"-6"). We will be open and grooming on Monday. We will be grooming as soon as temps drop. Snow conditions are excellent on our trails, this rain will not change that, you just have to be patient. See you Monday.
